I'm so glad you've arrived at my website. My goal is to serve you your favourite cup of coffee. I'd like to tell you abit about myself. I ,Daria, grew up in the countryside of Swan River, Manitoba. My love for coffee started at a young age and my sister and I had always dreamt of owning a coffee shop one day. Sadly, our town was too small for our big dream.

A couple years later, my dad presented me with the idea to start roasting coffee. And that sparked my interest. So, with his help we started up a coffee roasting business. I was 15, almost 16 at the time. We researched a lot of information, tried different coffees, and learned as we went. I worked to keep improving coffee and hired a part-time employee (my cousin)  to keep things moving.

 

This kept me busy for nearly three years till I got engaged to be married, and would be moving away. So, one bittersweet day I handed over the business to my cousin. Now, I'm happily married to my husband, Akash, who has been extremely supportive in me continuing to pursue my dreams. That being said, we started up a little roasting business in Willowbrook, BC.
